Justin Eymann
Justin Eymann is a Scientific Employee with Project Lead at the Chair of Technology Marketing at ETH Zurich. His work focuses on the intersection of technology, customer behavior, and digital transformation. He is involved in research, teaching, and industry projects exploring the application and impact of emerging technologies in business contexts.
He leads the operational activities of the Swiss Insurance Monitor, an annual research initiative examining customer perceptions, customer journeys, artificial intelligence, and evolving customer expectations in the Swiss insurance market. He also supports the AI Monitor, a research initiative focusing on the adoption and perception of artificial intelligence. In addition, he contributes to the planning and execution of interdisciplinary courses, including the ETH–TUM seminar “Extended Reality for Value Creation in Businesses,” which explores the application of extended reality technologies in business contexts.
Justin holds a Master’s degree in Management, Technology and Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from ETH Zurich. His Master’s thesis was recognized with the EHI Foundation and GS1 Germany Science Award for the best Master’s thesis.
